Ken Jervis Kia STARTS 2018 WITH KIA CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AWARD WIN

• The award recognises excellent customer overall satisfaction amongst customers from the Stoke-on-Trent area

is celebrating its 2017 success, having won the Kia Customer Experience Award, announced at Kia’s National Dealer Conference. Simon Hetherington, Kia’s Commercial Director, visited Ken Jervis Kia to congratulate them on the dealership’s outstanding performance in customer experience.
