Without you, the customer, our business is nothing and therefore we take customer views very seriously.

Throughout the period you conduct business with our company you will come across various ways of expressing your views on the service we provide and we would encourage you to provide feedback, be it good or bad.

Upon purchasing a vehicle from Ken Jervis Kia, or having your car serviced by us you will receive a questionnaire which will allow you to identify to us any areas that are not working quite as well as we might like to believe they are.

We understand many customers simply are not into completing forms and for those customers who do not return the questionnaire we will be happy to attempt to contact you by telephone once your visit is complete.

All of these endeavours in essence are to allow you to complain without any fear of altercation. We know how easy it can be to walk away when a person has experienced a problem, to then simply say nothing yet never to return again. Please, if you feel we have let you down in any way we would love to here about it, merely to enable us to make certain that the issue that you experience is addressed to your satisfaction and that the same is not repeated on any of our other customers.
