"I would just like to write to you to acknowledge the outstanding service we recently received at Ken Jervis Kia in Hanley. After a breakdown 320 miles from home (myself ,my wife and 3 children) and with limited breakdown cover, we ended up at the above said dealership after having to stay overnight locally and be towed to the garage the following day. But from the initial phone call at 8am on a Monday morning until the final pick up our car the following Saturday lunchtime, the staff at the garage could not have been more sympathetic to our cause, more helpful , more accommodating , more knowledgeable or try any harder than they did to make our nightmare situation more bearable. We would just like them to be acknowledged because we are sure had we arrived at most other garages in the same situation we are very doubtful as to whether we would have received the same service.
We would definitely buy a Kia car again and would hope that we will receive the same high standard of customer service that this garage obviously excels in, from any Kia garage we visit.

I do a round trip of 60 miles to always come here to have a service, my car that is, I know I'll always get good value and all the work will be completed on time. The staff have always been helpful and pleasant advising over the phone of cost, how long they need the car etc... Due to unfortunate circumstances recently where I have had to take my vehicle in for repairs several times following others damaging my car, I have received not only exemplary service but have also been made also to feel almost part of the Ken Jervis "family" because of the way I have been treated by ALL staff.
Worth special mention are Andy the Service Manager, the ladies who book my servicing and repair appointments, technicians and even the gentleman who valets vehicles knows my name. All staff are always courteous and friendly and are a real credit to you...and I always have the impression that they really care about what they do rather than it being a money making exercise.
I cannot recommend them highly enough to you.

I have had my vehicles serviced there for nearly 10 years, during most of which I have been disabled. They have always taken this into consideration without being too overt. For example when I forgot to ask for an automatic courtesy car, whilst mine was being serviced, they let me drive their Service Managers car. They have always tendered competetively for extra work on my car (e.g fitting tow bars, doing window repairs etc.) and this has always been carried out impeccably.
