The staff are always polite, efficient, informative and make great coffee (with biscuits). I informed them of a minor issue with the nearside wing mirror causing a squealing noise when opening and closing, they ‘sorted’ it without charge or hassle. Excellent pre-care with ‘day before contact by phone for confirmation’ and day after follow up phone and email to ensure I was completely satisfied. Can’t fault them in any way.
And I have to confess, I think I am now a definite ‘Kia Convert’ ….

Kate on Service reception telephoned beforehand just to let me know someone was on their way to collect my Venga for Service, and also when it was on its return journey. I had to bring it in following an accident the day after I bought it! – which was not my fault. Not so long ago, I purchased my third vehicle. I have owned a Brand New Picanto, Pro_Cee’d and now a Brand New Optima. A big shout out goes to Sarah in Sales who sold two of them vehicles mentioned above to me; both of which I have/had no issues with. This review is not only about an individual however but as a whole company. I have dealt with Mark, Sean and Sarah in Sales and any information whether important or not was shared with me promptly and it is clear to all of those who enter the showroom that the customers wishes are priority. On a personal note, Harry and Mike are also a credit to the Ken Jervis name. Mike never fails to put a smile on your face and Harry for sure enticed me to come and have a look at the Optima before deciding to go all out and buy my new toy.
I as a picky individual was seen to immediately and there were no issues whatsoever.
From buying my very first car which was the Picanto to buying the Pro_Cee’d then the Optima not so long ago, the process had not changed in anyway. The sole focus with this garage is clear. Customer satisfaction is priority. Keep customers happy and they will return. In regards to the service department, I have previously dealt with Andy and Kelly and both of them are a credit to the service department. Kelly informed me of the process from start to finish regarding servicing and the extras I purchased when I owned the Pro_Cee’d. As for Andy, it clear he has a wealth of experience and knowledge and that is reflected in the way he comes across as a professional. As for the parts department, these guys I haven’t dealt with as such but I’m sure they’re as great as sales and service. Maybe I’ll look forward to seeing them one day. I as a loyal customer; three purchases from this garage in three years and maybe four if the new Stinger is good, I can say for sure I would recommend this garage 100%

Her knowledge was second to none and she made us feel very relaxed and provided us with every bit of information available as well as following us to ensure everything was ok and we were happy with the purchase. She wasn’t forceful in any way, but gave us all the information we asked for and advised us to take plenty of time before making a decision, a nice change from the usual sales attitude of just trying to close a deal as quickly as possible. At first we spoke to a young man who was really helpful, but was unable to help. We thought that was it, and just before we drove off the young salesman came back to the car with an older man, who was an absolute whizz with our radio! I bought my Kia Pro_cee’d from Ken Jervis Kia. Sarah Cocks who sold me my Kia Pro_cee’d was amazing. Sarah explained all the ins and outs and explained all packages such as GAP insurance and paint protection in regards to Diamonbrite, and Sarah was great! My first Service was dealt with by Kelly Hatton, Kelly like Sarah explained in depth and left nothing for me to sort out. Kelly sorted the process out from start to finish and always made sure I was happy with the Service received. I am now investing adding front parking sensors and yet again the process has been a breeze from start. The Parts department have explained in full detail the whole process and what it entails. Great job also from the Parts department! The sole priority at Ken Jervis Kia is Customer Satisfaction and they deliver upon that 100% Great Job as very impressed by the whole experience, even down to the Courtesy call after the Service to ask if everything had been satisfactory. No complaints whatsoever.

As with previous visits, all aspects of Ken Jervis’ service are exemplary. There are few, if any Dealership are as equal as this one. All the Staff provide a great experience. I also own a BMW and the Service offered by them is only partly as good as Kia in Stoke-on-Trent. I am considering having it Serviced by Ken Jervis Kia in the future.

When we bought the car the salesman Ian was fantastic, took the time to listen and made us feel very welcome. When we had a detachable towbar fitted via Kia, I was disappointed to see so much of the towbar mounting and electrics visible and was unable to swing the electric socket out of sight. A couple of weeks later the car was in for a replacement headlight which was done quickly and professionally. I mentioned to the head mechanic about being unable to swing the electric socket of the towbar out of sight. He responded brilliantly and asked I wait 10 minutes… he fixed it for me and also sprayed a couple of silver nuts to black to make it more discreet. So I was delighted and never expected him to get his spray can out! There’s a mechanic who takes pride in his work!

He was very down to earth and treated us with such respect even though he may not have know that we were going to purchase a Kia Soul or any other vehicle! He was very accommodating with regard to the purchase and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. I gave Kia and Ken Jervis a score of 10/10 because from the point of contacting Kia Customer Care where was no quibble about the problem and I was promptly told to book in a main dealer so my problem could be assessed. The staff at Ken Jervis were friendly and polite and kept me informed by phone without me having to ring them! My Sorento is not in warranty but the problem was paid for by Kia. All in all I am delighted the Ken Jervis have sorted out the only problem I have had my Sorento which after all it is  eleven years old.
