At this year’s Institute of Customer Services (ICS) UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, Kia Motors UK came out on top as overall winners, fending off top competition, including United Utilities, Bidfood, Redrow Houses, BullionByPost, Centrica, EE Telecommunications and Hitachi Capital Customer Finance.
Being the Customer focused business that Ken Jervis Kia is, we are delighted to announce that our efforts in 2018, in finishing second in Kia Motor UK’s own Customer Satisfaction Awards, mean that we have now been invited by Kia Motors UK to participate in a program that Kia Motors UK have been working on with the ICS to develop opportunities for outstanding Kia Dealers to further enhance their Customer service proposition and at the same time benefit from accreditation that working with the ICS will bring.
The ICS service mark accreditation is a national standard recognizing achievement in customer service.
The service mark is awarded based on Customer satisfaction feedback and an assessment of Employee engagement with an organization’s customer service strategy.
Undergoing service mark accreditation can take up to six months to complete and is an opportunity to demonstrate how good an Organisation’s customer service is, and it finds ways of developing our proposition further.
