All those little questions you need to ask and adjustments you need to make were all a call or an email away, and it was an absolute pleasure to meet Kelly, who had been helping out when I picked up the car. Their flexibility with options and pick up dates was another definite bonus for me and my family. There were all the usual things you might expect from a car rental: some forms to fill out, documents to check, deposits and the like. But all of it was done with some proper customer service. Not customer service that’s shouted about like some corporate giant coming up with marketing ideas a few hundred miles away; it was just good local customer service from a great set of people. Which is worth a lot in my book."
