The staff are so friendly and explain everything clearly it certainly is a pleasure going there. The car always comes back spotlessly clean and feels it has had a good service. "My kia Sportage serviced and MOT'd in Ken Jervis KIA. It's the only service Centre that will clean your car before they give it back to you. They will give advice if a part needs changing in the near future and give price & labour quotation so one knows how much to prepare for the repair. Staff are very good and very hospitable. Upon collecting your car, there's always a pot of sweets that goes with your documents when they're handed to you. They explain very well what works were done and documented very clearly. They will also ask if you need to be reminded of your next service and MOT. A month before the expiration of your MOT, they will send you reminder through text, email, and by post. So there's no way you could forget it and saves one from being fined if the authority found out you're driving a non-safe vehicle. Over-all, I am very satisfied with the way I am being treated, and my car being treated. It gives one confidence to drive a road-safe vehicle. So if you want something better, who you gonna go? " My Motability car was coming up for renewal, and in the dentist I heard a advert fot Ken Jarvis Kia. After checking makes and models from different marques I narrowed it down to 5 models. My last experience was with a national dealer and to be honest it wasn't a positive experience, I was having to phone and chase up the progress of my car (which took 8 months). Trying to book service's and getting a courtesy car that I could get into was nigh on impossible. After a visit to Ken Jervis Kia to look at the Kia Sportage, was a breath of fresh air, I was approached straight away the motablity expert explained all the different specs and advance payment each would cost, then brought a car round in the spec I wanted ( as there wasn't one in the showroom). I didn't bother to look at other brands as the Kia ticked all the boxes with a affordable advance payment. But the main reason was how impressed I was with service and attitude of the team. Kia sent emails on every stage from the order right thru to production and shipping of my new Kia Sportage. Big national car dealer network's could learn a thing or two from ken Jervis on how to deal with customers. Great job and thankyou to Zak for looking after us. "

"We were down from Scotland for a one hour appointment in Birmingham. Just as we arrived, the MIL alarm appeared on the dashboard of our Kia Sportage. We spoke to our local garage in Scotland and the indications were that it should be OK for our return journey, however, we decided we would prefer for a diagnostic scan for peace of mind. We contacted several of the Kia garages from Birmingham heading north. None were able to help. We contacted Ken Jervis Kia in Stoke. Although they couldn't promise to help due to being booked out they told us to stop when passing. Been in today to get some information about self-charging hybrids. Richard, the gent who helped me was SUPERB! Showed me three cars, brand new, within a year old, and a two year old - gave me figures for all of them. At no point did I feel pressured to buy a car, very relaxed but detailed customer service. Excellent ability to take the car for a test drive. I’d been to Toyota half an hour before and was practically ignored by two salesmen - even when I was asking technical questions I was simply told “Just look on the website.” It was abysmal. Kia, however, had Richard who was able to answer every question I had - even that the car I’m looking at is 5mm shorter than the one I’ve got now, so I know I’ll be okay with parking where I live!! Certainly will be telling everyone how fabulous the customer service was - even went “reverse Karen” and spoke to the manager to tell him how impressed I was. Keep up the great work - I was 100% impressed and will be back!

After recently purchasing a Picanto for my sons first car from a garage in Derby suddenly his drivers door stopped locking with the fob. After a quick call to Ken Jervis Kia they said bring it in as soon as possible as it was still covered under warranty for another month or so. So I took it in they diagnosed the fault ordered the part and it was done within an hour of dropping off to be repaired. Absolutely top class customer service and friendly staff, would highly recommend

Great Service as usual from Ken Jervis Kia. Kept me up to date with what was happening and some minor warranty work which they found and completed promptly. Faultless, just how Aftersales should be. I’ve owned Mercedes BMW etc.. and Kia is far above them. Will always Recommend – our family has five.

From arrival at reception, where all safety systems were in place from collecting my Kia Sorento which you could tell had received a good Service, and alo a valet. Service received and great attention to detail. Good Service.
